I gave my mom my 2-year-old Kitchenaid mixer for Christmas. She has wanted one for decades, she says, and hopefully she will soon discover, as I did, the joys of these lovely machines.
The mixer was the catalyst for this challenge on which we are about to embark. In this challenge there will be no winner, no prize, and no declared end point or finish line. It will simply be a way for us to connect, to hone our skills, to have fun, and to pass on the joy of food to our family and friends.
For this challenge, to my sister and Mom I propose the following:
* To cook one recipe together each month
* To post pictures and comments for each recipe
* To have as much fun as possible.
